1. Returns

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

2. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If the issue persists, contact your bank.

3. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@URBAN VOGUE.com and send your item to:

5. Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to:

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
